Pro-Abortion Activists Vandalize Pro-Life Display

The intolerance of the pro-abortion crowd is getting bolder these days. This time they vandalized a pro-life display at Clarion University. From Life News:

Last week, during the Holy Week leading up to Easter, a group of pro-abortion activists vandalized and desecrated a Christian pro-life display students at Clarion University put up at their Pennsylvania campus.

The display, called the Cemetery of the Innocents, features crosses erected to memorialize the 53 million unborn children who have been killed in abortions since Roe v. Wade allowed virtually unlimited abortions in 1973.

In their attack, pro-abortion students vandalized the Clarion University Students for Life display by turning the crosses upside-down to form satanic symbols, and they dripped fake blood over many of the crosses the took up from the ground and placed in a pile. The abortion advocate then wrote the word “Pro-Choice” in the “blood” on the sidewalk in front of the sign the pro-life students put in front of their display to explain its meaning.

Kristan Hawkins, the director of Students for Life of America, described the desecration to LifeNews.com.

“In a breathtaking public display of anti-Christian and anti-Life motivations, 350 crosses were pulled up and re-inserted in inverted fashion, a well-known anti-Christian symbol,” she explained. “Additionally, red paint was splattered on crosses and signs. Even eerier was the mock bloody footprints of an infant painted in front of the display.”

“Vandalism of pro-life displays on campus is not uncommon, but this incident takes pro-choice vandalism on campus to a whole new level,” Hawkins continued. “It is revolting to think that anyone would desecrate a display in this way, most especially with red paint to imitate blood. Clarion University must take a strong stand against this disgusting, intolerant, and hate-filled act.”

Dare to disagree with pro-abortion Liberals and this is what you get. A pro-life crisis pregnancy center (CPC) in New York City has been vandalized yet again. Curious how this happens after the mayor signed a bill that targets CPC's. More from Life News:

Vandals burglarized and virtually destroyed a pregnancy center in the South Bronx, just days after Mayor Michael Bloomberg signed a city council bill into law that targets such centers with heavy restrictions.

Chris Slattery, founder and president of Expectant Mother Care-EMC FrontLine Pregnancy Centers emailed LifeNews.com about the incident.

“Our main office in the South Bronx was burglarized again. This is the second time this has happened in the past 12 months,” he said. “They broke into our facility through the second story window, stole over $5,000 worth of equipment, and virtually destroyed the office.”

Pictures Slattery sent show property and possessions at the center strewn about the office and the vandals ripped up wooden planks from the floor and tossed them around the center.

“The rampage of these heartless criminals shattered windows, stole all of our audio visual equipment, destroyed displays and supplies, tore up the ceiling, doors, and floor,” he said. “They even broke into our supply closet and stole our Pampers.”

“The staff in our Bronx office is heartbroken, but they have all pulled together to put together the pieces and try to reopen the office,” Slattery continued. “Each day we are closed puts innocent babies in the wombs of their mothers at risk. We desperately need your help.”

Slattery said the small but vibrant pro-life community in New York City has responded to the call for prayers and financial support while pregnancy centers have battled the city to help women as best they can without having to turn people away by posting signs discouraging them from seeking help.

“The last five months, we have been fighting for our very lives here in New York City. The bill signed by Mayor Bloomberg last week threatens to put our 12 pregnancy care centers out of business for good,” Slattery said. “New York is the abortion capital of America, and they are threatening to shut down our centers which have helped save over 40,000 babies during the past 26 years.”

So much for caring about "choice".

Protest Abortion And Get A Firebomb Thrown At You; Happened To Elderly Woman In Montana

And to think this is where I grew up. Obviously too many Liberals have been moving to Montana. From Life News:

A homemade incendiary device was thrown at one of the participants of the 40 Days for Life pro-life prayer vigil at an abortion business in Kalispell, Montana on Thursday night.

The woman walked on the public sidewalk near the abortion business when an unidentified person threw the device — akin to a “Molotov cocktail” — in her direction. The woman did not see either the firebomb nor the assailant it exploded on the sidewalk behind her, making a loud popping noise like a big firecracker as it burst into flame. Fortunately, the woman was not hurt in the incident.

After she regained her composure, the victim called Karen Trierweiler, coordinator of the 40 Days prayer vigils in Kalispell at the All Family Health Care abortion center, over to her.

After a lengthy delay, a Kalispell police officer arrived. However, according to officials with the Thomas More Society, a pro-life legal group that is helping the participants, instead of inspecting the bomb debris or calling evidence technicians to the scene, the officer remarked that police could never get prints or other evidence from the bomb’s remains and said he would call the city’s garbage service to dispose of all the debris.

The officer then said that the 40 Days prayer vigil participants should expect this kind of reaction if they’re protesting at the abortion business. Questioning Officer Hoover’s assessment of the attack, Trierweiler called the Kalispell desk sergeant to complain, where she was unable to get further assistance.

Tom Brejcha, president and chief counsel of the Thomas More Society says his group has filed a formal complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Field Office in Helena, Montana. The organization is for an immediate, intensive investigation of what it calls a “vicious” attack.

“We are appalled by this terrible act of violence, while we’re immensely grateful that God’s grace spared this valiant pro-lifer any serious injury,” he told LifeNews.com this afternoon. “But the reaction of Kalispell police officers after Ms. Trierweiler called them to the scene was equally appalling, indeed outrageous.”

“We intend to file disciplinary complaints against both the officer who came to the crime scene and the desk sergeant whose tepid, indifferent, and grossly unprofessional response to this blatant act of domestic terrorism shows them both unfit to wear a police uniform and at best deserving of severe disciplinary action. We expect much better from the FBI and we will pursue the matter to the very highest levels of the U.S. Department of Justice if this case is not investigated promptly and vigorously and — once the assailant is identified and apprehended — prosecuted to the hilt,” he continued.

Trierweiler also reported that an eyewitness has stepped forward, who was not part of the 40 Days campaign but was a passerby and who the incident occur and may be able to help the FBI track down the bomb thrower and bring him to justice.

Mayor Bloomberg Signs Pro-Abortion Bill

The hypocrisy of Liberals in general, and feminist in particular is off the charts on this issue. They attack any attempt to require a woman see an ultrasound of her baby before killing it with an abortion and yet they can demand that pro-life pregnancy care centers have to say what services they provide up front. These are the same people living in Dark Ages of prenatal medicine and are prenatal science deniers. From Life News:

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg signed a bill today that adversely affects pregnancy centers that the city council approved and that is expected to quickly become the subject of a lawsuit.

Earlier this month, on a 39-9-1 vote, council members approved an ordinance that would place stringent limits on the advertising pregnancy centers use and require them to post signs designed to dissuade women from seeking their abortion alternatives services.

The American Center for Law and Justice, a pro-life law firm, had threatened to file a lawsuit against the city if Bloomberg signs the bill into law. But, before doing so, it delivered a letter to the mayor on behalf of EMC FrontLine Pregnancy Centers, a chain of a dozen pregnancy centers in the Big Apple, asking for a formal hearing on the ordinance required under city statutes.

Bloomberg appeared to ignore the letter and signed the bill into law today at a public signing ceremony for three pieces of legislation.

“To ensure that women are fully informed of the services provided by pregnancy service centers, this bill requires the centers to inform their clients whether they have a licensed medical provider on staff and disclose whether they provide certain pregnancy-related services or not. This bill also requires centers to provide confidentiality protections for their clients’ personal and health information,” he said before signing the bill.

Bloomberg thanked the council for approving the legislation and singled out Speaker Quinn and Council Members Lappin, Arroyo, Ferreras, Mendez, Garodnick, Reyna, Foster, Brewer, Fidler, James, Koppell, Koslowitz, Lander, Palma, Rose, Van Bramer, Rodriguez, Chin, Dickens, Dromm, Mark-Viverito, Jackson and Barron for supporting Bill 371-A.

Queens Councilman Dan Halloran opposed the measure and talked about why he did so.

“It is time for the left to realize that if you want true choice, it means two sides to an equation,” he said. “That’s what we’re here for and that’s what my colleagues and I will stand up against. And believe me, this will not end here today. I have no delusion that the speaker has lined up sufficient votes to make this happen. But the courts will speak tomorrow, and the courts will say, this is not constitutional. This is an abridgement of our First Amendment rights, and we’re not going to stand for it.”

The letter requesting the hearing provided grounds for one of several arguments pregnancy centers and their attorneys will use to try to get the measure declared unconstitutional.

Attorneys for the ACLJ contend Municipal Home Rule Law § 20 (5), as it applies to New York City, was violated in the rush to approve Bill 0-71A. The law provides that no local law shall be approved by the Mayor unless a public hearing has been held before him and that notice of the public hearing must be made at least five days before the hearing and within ten days of presentation of the introduction. The notice is required to be published in the City Record and in a daily newspaper or newspapers for public information.

“Mr. Mayor, we demand our fair public hearing before you on the merits of this unwarranted Bill, which seeks to cripple free alternative to abortion counseling, ultrasounds, and quick and easy access to pre-natal care, which we provide in four boroughs,” Chris Slattery, founder and president of the pregnancy center group, said at the time.

ACLJ attorneys also contend the New York City Council disrespected the rule of law when it hastily passed the ordinance in violation of section 36 of the New York City Charter. This section states that the Council shall not pass a local law until it shall have been in its final form and upon the desks of the council members at least seven calendar days, exclusive of Sundays, prior to its final passage. The bill did not reach its final form until the Committee on Women’s Issues voted on the amended version on Tuesday, March 1. Therefore, ACLJ says, the introduction, in its final form, reached the council members’ desks less than twenty four hours prior to the vote.

Bloomberg signed the bill just after a new report indicated 41 percent of pregnancies in New York City end in abortion.

The report, which was recently exposed at a press conference by Archbishop Timothy Dolan and an interfaith coalition of religious leaders, showed an abortion rate of 60% for African American women and that 90% of all abortions in New York City were performed on ethnic minorities...

A choice made out of ignorance it no real choice and it seems that feminists would rather keep women ignorant about what is being killed.

NYC Gets Even More Pro-Abortion By Passing Anti-CPC Legislation

I guess it is not enough that 40 percent of all pregnancies in New York City end in abortion. They now must intimidate and silence any alternative voice to ease the conscience of those who justify the oppression of the unborn, denying them justice. Anyone who seeks to silence those defending the justice of the unborn is not merely pro-choice, but is pro-abortion. For the only "choice" that they will tolerate and seek that women make is the one that ends in the death of her unborn baby. From Feministing:

Well, I’ve got some awesome news for you! Now, creepy and misleading ads like the one above, with little information about which services will be provided to the women they target, won’t as easily be able to fool and trick you anymore!

Remember when we told you about that hearing in NYC to consider legislation that would regulate crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) in New York City?

Well, today, just a few months later, all that advocacy has paid off, as New York City just passed that very legislation by an overwhelming vote of 39-9-1. From now on, CPC’s in NYC will be regulated to prevent them from lying or misrepresenting themselves to women.

They will be required to disclose whether they have a licensed medical provider, and also say whether they’ll refer women to other services, including emergency contraception and abortion.

This is amazing news, since, as yall know, these centers use false information, lies, and scare tactics to intimidate women out of accessing the care they want and need.

Huge thanks go out to city council member Christine Quinn and New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, who both backed the bill, as well as the countless advocates who showed their support for this cause from the beginning.

University Tries To Force Nursing Students To Participate In Abortions?

Can there be any doubt that most if not all universities in America are run by Liberals? We can see their power plays lately be their attempt to force Christian students to violate religiously held moral values. We have already seen this with the issue of homosexuality. Now it looks like we are seeing it with abortion. From Life News:

Vanderbilt University is the subject of a federal complaint filed today by officials with the Alliance Defense Fund over requiring nursing students to participate in abortions.

ADF, a pro-life legal group, filed the complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services saying it illegally forces the students to do the abortions despite receiving $300 million in federal tax dollars each year. Federal law prohibits grant recipients from forcing students or health care workers to participate in abortions contrary to their religious beliefs or moral convictions.

The complaint was filed on behalf of a fourth-year nursing student at another university who wants to apply to Vanderbilt’s nurse residency program but won’t do so because of the abortion policy. She says Vanderbilt admission forms require her to promise to participate in abortions.

ADF Legal Counsel Matt Bowman commented on the case and said, “Christians and other pro-life members of the medical community shouldn’t be forced to participate in abortions to pursue their profession.”

“People enter the medical profession to protect and heal the helpless. Federal law protects them from being required to kill the helpless. The law clearly states that grant recipients cannot accept taxpayer dollars and require health care workers to participate in abortions, which is precisely what Vanderbilt is doing,” Bowman added.

The nurse residency application the nursing program at Vanderbilt uses clearly requires the abortion pledge, and goes as far as encouraging nursing candidates to pursue other vocational goals if they refuse to participate in abortions.

“If you are chosen for the Nurse Residency Program in the Women’s Health track, you will be expected to care for women undergoing termination of pregnancy. Procedures performed in the Labor and Delivery unit include…terminations of pregnancy,” it states. “If you feel you cannot provide care to women during this type of event, we encourage you to apply to a different track of the Nurse Residency Program to explore opportunities that may best fit your skills and career goals.”

But Vanderbilt University officials are denying the claim.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center spokesman John Howser told the Tennessean newspaper the guidelines mean nursing students may provide care to women who will seek or may have sought abortions, but don’t have to participate in abortions themselves.

“The letter was added in order to create an awareness that terminations are performed here at Vanderbilt,” Howser said. “If you choose to participate (in the nurse residency program), you will be around patients who have had or are seeking terminations, and you may be asked to care for them. It does not say that you are required to participate in performing or in the performance of terminations.”

Howser said the college has a longstanding policy of allowing employees and students to opt out of activities due to religious beliefs, ethical views or for other similar reasons: “This policy also applies to applicants to our nursing residency program who may be requested to participate in the care of women who seek medical care associated with the termination of pregnancy.”

But David French, an attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund, said he doesn’t understand why Vanderbilt doesn’t include that in the nursing student packet. Without it, pro-life students are deterred from joining the program...

A Crackdown On Pro-Lifers Coming After The Shooting Of Congresswoman Giffords?

So now if you are pro-life you might try and kill a Congresswoman. From Life News:

The issue of abortion has been a significant one in the response to the shootings.

The social networking web site Twitter became an early place for people on all sides of the debate to easily weigh in with their comments in response, and it quickly became a bastion of misinformation. Apparently based on early reports wrongly indicating Giffords was shot because she was pro-life, Twitter became dominated by comments from those who claimed she opposed abortion.

“Gabby Giffords voted against amnesty and was pro-life,” a frequently re-tweeted message said.

Yet, according to the National Right to Life Committee, Giffords had a 100% pro-abortion record during the 2009-2010 session of Congress, including supporting the ObamaCare bill that funds abortions. Although she supports legalized abortion, Giffords, who barely defeated her pro-life Republican opponent Jesse Kelly in November, does take conservative stands on other political issues, including immigration.

That didn’t stop prominent liberals from blaming pro-life advocates.

“Mission accomplished, Sarah Palin,” tweeted Daily Kos founder Mark Moulistas after the shooting — in a comment that received significant criticism from conservative activists.

And NOW president Terry O’Neill, the head of the pro-abortion women’s group, blamed “extreme right-wing opponents” just hours after the tragic shooting and called for a Justice Department investigation “to the fullest extent of federal anti-terrorist legislation” to determine whether the shooting was “part of a conspiracy.”

“Conservatives cannot have it both ways, screaming sexist, racist and homophobic slurs at legislators as they vote for health care reform, putting legislators on a violence-inciting ‘Targets’ list, and then simply saying how sorry they are when someone explodes into murder,” she said. “We call on Republican leaders to do more than disavow hatred, hostility and violence-laden speech as a political.”

I guess I will see my other pro-life companions and fundamentalist Christians at the re-education camps.

Obama Is Pro-Abortion; Wants To Force Doctors And Nurses To Perform Abortion

Can President Obama or anyone who supports the rescinding of the conscience rights of medical professionals be merely pro-choice? I do not think so. To force abortion on a doctor or a nurse is to be pro-abortion and that is exactly what President Obama is. From Life News:

A national organization of Christian doctors is strongly concerned about the Obama administration’s effort to rescind conscience protections the Bush administration put in place for medical professionals.

The regulations provide additional protections and support for those doctors and nurses who don’t want to be involved in abortions and may face pressure from medical institutions receiving federal funds.

As LifeNews.com recently reported, documents the Obama administration filed in November and December have Obama administration attorneys admitting the administration wants to finalize a rescission of the conscience rules but has been delayed because of other business — likely due to the HHS working on implementing the provisions of the ObamaCare law.

That greatly concerns Jonathan Imbody, the Vice President for Government Relations at the Christian Medical Association.

“When the Obama administration announced plans to get rid of the only federal regulation protecting conscience rights in health care, CMA swung into action and organized a coalition of nearly 50 organizations into a new entity, Freedom2Care,” he said in an email to LifeNews.com. “Our groups helped enable healthcare professionals and patients to flood the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with approximately 340,000 regulation-supporting comments, which, by law, HHS officials must review before getting rid of the regulation.”

“Such efforts apparently delayed the administration acting on its threat until now,” Imbody said.

Pro-Life Advocate's Home Is Vandalized

Take a stand for the unborn and over time you could be a target of those who not merely pro-choice but pro-abortion. From Life News:

"Joe Scheidler is a name pro-life advocates know because he has been one of the leaders of the pro-life movement for decades. Scheidler has become a frequent target of pro-abortion activist and now his home has been vandalized.

His home was attacked in the middle of the night, at approximately 2:00 a.m., with an abortion advocate throwing bricks of asphalt through two front windows.

One of them contained a threatening note making it clear the source of the vandalism supports legalized abortions

“We are crazy feminist bi***** who will destroy your sexist ideas,” a note, containing an anarchist sign and scrawled in a child-like writing, said.

“P.S. I’ve had an abortion and no laws could ever stop me,” the note continued. “You can’t make Queen Anne’s lace illegal, a******.”

Troy Newman, the president of Operation Rescue, praised his longtime friend in an email to LifeNews.com as someone who has always has had the best interests of the pro-life movement at heart and who has been selfless in trying to protect women and unborn children.

“We denounce in the strongest terms the cowardly violence that shattered the peace of the Scheidler home last night,” Newman said after learning of the attack.

He urged the Obama administration to investigate the attack in the same way it has assertively looked into incidents at abortion facilities and the shooting death of late-term abortion practitioner George Tiller.

“We demand that Attorney General Eric Holder order the Justice Department to launch an immediate investigation into this violent hate crime and to provide the same protections to Joseph and Ann Scheidler as they have in the past for unthreatened abortionists,” he said..."

Pro-Lifers Support Forced Abortion Or Will Cause It?

Just when I think I have heard all the reasons people use to justify their pro-choice position, I hear one that takes the cake. In reacting to one of my tweets I got a reply from, and what her profile on Twitter says, the woman who "live tweeted" her abortion. Unless I missed another woman doing the same, I will assume it is her. Her claim via Twitter is that my being pro-life will actually lead to a forced abortion policy like the one China has.

It seems the basis of this claim is that concerns over China's population growth lead to it's policy of limiting families to one child, and that holding a pro-life view is what lead to this. It is actually revealing the concern over population growth leads to a pro-abortion world view and one that justifies forced abortion no less. So what she is really saying is that we need a Liberal pro-choice public policy otherwise forced abortion is coming. No, it is this pro-abortion world view that is inherent in those who claim to be merely pro-choice that is going to lead us to forced abortion. Those who are pro-choice already rely heavily on concerns about population growth to justify opposing any and all restrictions on abortion. And can anyone claim to be merely pro-choice when they oppose any and all restrictions on abortion, even if it means tolerating infanticide? No, today's pro-choice advocates are essentially pro-abortion absolutists.

Pro-Lifers Are Racist For Being Concerned About The Abortion Of African American Babies

So feminists and pro-abortion absolutists have decided the best way to attack those defending African American babies from abortion is to call the racist. Talk about doing philosophical gymnastics and mental contortions. It would be a bad Saturday Night Live skit if it was not real.

This billboards were funded by primarily white people.

A series of pro-life freedom rides.

They’re biggest calling card is shame.

And a documentary.

They are certainly promoting black faces but who is really behind them is the radical religious right.

A special series investigates these charges. Whose behind them and where the money is coming from.

It’s a group of wealthy white men trying to make black women feel ashamed about our choices.

The idea that only white men are opposed to abortion is absurd. Look at the rise of Conservative women lately, all seem equally opposed to abortion. My wife, an Asian American, is opposed to abortion. I guess they do not care that African America babies are killed at a rate 5 times that of other babies? They still cannot deal with the fact that Margaret Sanger was a Nazi sympathizer who believes in eugenics based on race. The only difference is that Liberals are advocating a racially cleansed version of eugenics. Instead of dehumanizing just a certain race, they dehumanize all of us in order to justify killing countless unborn babies, and a disproportionate number of African America babies. If this is the best the pro-abortion crowd can do, then I think the tide may be turning and we will soon have reasonable restrictions on abortion.

New York City Set To Attack Pro-Life Clinics

This is an excellent example that shows those who say they are merely pro-choice are actually pro-abortion. If one opposes all restrictions on abortion and seeks to silence those offering an alternative to abortion, then one is a pro-abortion absolutist. The only alternative to an unplanned pregnancy that a pro-abortion absolutist wants a woman to have is an abortion. From Life News:

"The New York City Council is moving in the same direction as local officials in Baltimore, Maryland and Austin, Texas. Officials are considering a proposal that would target pregnancy centers that offer women information about abortion alternatives because abortion advocates don't like them.

Thousands of pregnancy centers provide practice help, information and support for pregnant women unlike anything abortion businesses offer.

Because of that, and their communicating to women accurate information on the risks and dangers associated with an abortion, pro-abortion groups like NARAL and Planned Parenthood have targeted them with new bids to put local ordinances in place making them post disclaimers that the information is reportedly not medically accurate.

Christine C. Quinn, the City Council speaker, and Councilwoman Jessica S. Lappin are upset by a slate of new subway ads promoting some of the centers run by EMC Frontline.

Their proposal, according to the New York Times, would make pregnancy centers include information in their ads saying they do not give out the morning after pill or make abortion referrals.

The bill, expected to be introduced today, would also require pregnancy centers to post the signs with the disclaimers at the entrance of their clinic and in patient waiting and exam rooms. The signs must also say whether or not a licensed medical professional is on staff, though that is frequently the case with most centers.

The New York City measure is a response to a "report" the state pro-abortion group NARAL issued claiming women are given inaccurate information -- defined by NARAL as information it doesn't agree with such as statistics on how abortion increases women's risk of breast cancer and mental health problems..."

This is why Christians should not support those who are advocates of abortion. For in doing so they are helping to shut down pro-life alternatives to abortion.

Abortionist Threatens Pro-Life Advocates With A Gun

It is really no surprise that someone who makes a living killing babies could act violently toward those seeking to defend the unborn. From LifeSiteNews:

"A Tennessee abortionist was arrested, but released on $25,000 bail Saturday after brandishing a gun at pro-lifers peacefully witnessing outside a Charleston clinic.

Witnesses say Tennessee abortionist Gary Boyle, 62, pointed a loaded handgun as he emerged from his vehicle at about 8:30am Saturday morning at three pro-life witnesses, including one 17-year-old young man, who were standing outside the Charleston Women's Medical Center in West Ashley. After Boyle entered the clinic, the pro-lifers called police.

"We were like, 'Well, that was a gun,'" John Karafa, one of the three, told the Charleston Post and Courier. "You can't do that." Karafa was a participant in the 40 Days for Life campaign, an international semiannual event of prayer, fasting, and pro-life witness outside abortion facilities. The abortionist was arrested and charged with pointing a firearm.

The Post reports that Boyle attended a bond hearing by video conference, and paid his $25,000 bail later the same day. More than half a dozen pro-lifers wearing 40 Days for Life wristbands reportedly attended the proceedings.

The Charleston Women's Medical Center is South Carolina's largest abortion center, performing 2,550 abortions in 2008, and nearly 55,000 between 1988 and 2008, according to Columbia Christians for Life.

Boyle has been in trouble with the law before. For several years in the 1990s, Boyle operated a Tennessee abortuary without proper state certification; however, an appeals judge eventually ruled in 2002 that the statute requiring certification violated a woman's right to privacy, the Post reports."

Defending the oppressed does not go without risks.

If you are facebook you may have seen this video show up in people's feeds recently. It is about 16 minutes long and I found it one youtube in two parts. This is a powerful presentation given by abortion survivor Gianna Jessen. You may recall that she served as a passionate voice against the evil position held by then candidate Barrack Obama, in that he tolerated infanticide as a state Senator in Illinois. In this video she speaking at the Queen's Hall, Parliament House, Victoria, Australia.

She understands that people hate her for not only being a survivor of abortion but for speaking out against the murder of the unborn. I think any persecution she receives in light of that would be a perfect example of what Jesus was talking about in part of His Sermon on the Mount.

Obama, The FBI, And Pro-Abortion Groups To Target Pro-Life Advocates

Jesus taught us that those who seek after righteousness ought to expect persecution.

"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:10-12

Defending the unborn from their never ending oppression by pro-abortion absolutists is a righteous cause. The faithful are called to defend the orphan, and seeking to stop the preemptive murder of the orphan is a righteous thing to do.

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." James 1:27

The world, those who adhere to it's values, stand in total opposition to the righteousness of God and faithfully walking in obedience to His Commandments, Commandments that were affirmed by Jesus. The worldly spirit of the age in America is Liberalism and those that adhere to this belief system that stands in antithesis to biblical Christianity have adopted a pro-abortion world view, one that oppresses the unborn. So it is no surprise to me to learn the President Obama is coordinating with pro-abortion groups to do training with the FBI on how to deal with pro-life advocates. From LifeNews:

"Documents LifeNews.com obtained today reveal the Obama administration partnered with leading pro-abortion organizations to host an FBI training seminar in August with the main focus of declaring as "violent" the free speech activities of pro-life Americans.

On August 25, 2010, the FBI and the United States Department of Justice co-sponsored a training seminar with Planned Parenthood, the National Abortion Federation and the Feminist Majority Foundation.

When information about the seminar, which took place at FBI headquarters in Portland, Oregon, reached pro-life advocates, they asked officials for permission to attend and were granted access to the seminar and the training materials.

FBI and Obama administration officials provided participants with an 84-page document entitled “Resource Guide: Violence Against Reproductive Health Care Providers" that contained print copies of Power Point presentations prepared by the Justice Department and an analysis of alleged pro-life "violence" prepared by the pro-abortion groups.

The so-called violence perpetrated by pro-life advocates mostly contained examples of constitutionally-protected free speech, including activities such as praying, providing women outside abortion centers with alternatives information, and peaceful protesting or picketing.

Matt Bowman, a top attorney at the Alliance Defense Fund, told LifeNews.com today that the cooperation between the Obama administration and pro-abortion organizations to target pro-life free speech should cause alarm.

"The information presented in the seminar raises serious concerns over the United States government’s treatment of nonviolent free speech activities as 'violence' subject to investigation and prosecution," he said.

"Abortionist organizations have long lobbied to use the law to silence free speech activities. But in this seminar the FBI and USDOJ included those views in their own training seminar materials," he added. "This raises serious concerns about the United States government investigating peaceful, legal free speech activity in efforts that are ostensibly aimed at violence."

The Obama administration documents, on page 39-41 specifically list the names of pro-life organizations and websites sponsored by peaceful nonviolent groups.

Some of the organizations named in the FBI/DOJ seminar materials include 40 Days for Life, the ACLJ, Concerned Women for America, National Right to Life, Priests for Life, and Students for Life of America..."

If Christians continue to appease the false and idolatrous religion of Liberalism in our churches, this modern idol of Baal, our churches will rot from the inside. Not only will we face opposition from the churches we may be attending, but the State will be setting about to justify it's intimidation of those defending the unborn. I suggest you prepare yourself for this state of affairs to be realized in the near future.

Pro-Abortion Absolutists Come After CPC's In California

This is a follow up post to the news that National Abortion and Reproduction Rights Action League(NARAL) wants to see all pro-life clinics in California shut down. This assault on pro-life clinics is nothing new, as it has happened in another state already, this one is particularly relevant since it could impact the one I help out and blog for. What you need to understand is that the only "choice" a pro-abortion absolutist will tolerate is the one that ends in the death of the unborn baby through abortion. No other option can be allowed. The basis for NARAL's attack is highly questionable studies that they pass off as conclusive about the effects, or lack thereof, of having an abortion. One can find a study supporting either side with a simple Google search.

Any Christian who thinks they are merely pro-choice needs to be confronted with the reality that he or she is actually furthering a pro-abortion agenda. One is not merely pro-choice when every possible restriction on abortion is opposed, a restriction like parental notification for example. To oppose a girls parents being notified that their daughter is pregnant with their grandchild, and is seeking to kill it, is adopting a pro-abortion position. To oppose women seeing an ultrasound of their baby's heartbeat is a pro-abortion position. To vote for a politician who opposes any restriction on abortion is to be pro-abortion. Christians who openly declare themselves to be pro-choice need to be confronted with this reality. Even more important is the need to confront those Christians who claim to be pro-life and yet support and vote for pro-abortion absolutist politicians like President Obama, who is so radical on the issue that he tolerated infanticide.

Christians who remain faithful to defending the cause of the unborn, stopping the pre-emptive murder of the orphan while still in the womb need to stay focused. Those that love evil and the world will persecute those who seek justice and righteousness.

Defending the unborn is a righteous cause and those who do it will need to rely on one another as these pro-abortion absolutists call evil good and good evil come after you.

NARAL Gears Up To Assault Pro-Life CPC's In California; Please Help

Dear Friend for “Life” –
NARAL (National Abortion and Reproduction Rights Action League) has launched a major offensive against prolife centers and clinics, both nationally and within California. They recently released a report of a two year undercover investigation on California prolife centers and clinics. Many aspects of their report are misleading and biased. Their goal is to eliminate every prolife center/clinic.

I was recently notified that Planned Parenthood representatives were talking to shoppers outside a Whittier Trader Joe’s store. So, WPCC must face the possibility that pro-abortion advocates are preparing for an attack on Whittier Pregnancy Care Clinic soon.

How do we respond to this? Well, WPCC was founded and established in prayer, has been sustained with prayer, and will continue to exist through prayer and God’s favor. We have an opportunity to take a STRONG stand for life in this community through participation in 40 Days for Life.

Without going into detail here, WPCC NEEDS YOUR HELP to participate in the 40 Days for Life. We need 5 to 10 individuals to be willing to donate 1 (occasionally, 2 hours) a week for the months of August, September and October. With this small group of people volunteering short-term for “life” we can make a HUGE impact in our community. We can see the power of the Holy Spirit at work as more clients are brought into the clinic and we can see the Spirit of God work on the hearts of abortion providers – opening their eyes to see the truth of abortion.

The Defenders Of The Unborn Are Under Attack By Pro-Abortion Absolutists

It is not enough to merely claim to be pro-choice as those on the Left do, but now they seek to shut down any alternative offered to women that does not end in the death of the unborn baby. From CNS News:

"Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) have reintroduced legislation to restrict the speech of pro-life crisis pregnancy centers by regulating the advertising they do.

The bill would direct the Federal Trade Commission to restrict advertising by the pregnancy resource centers, specifically ads that “create the impression that such person is a provider of abortion services if such person does not provide abortion services.”

But critics claim the “Stop Deceptive Advertising in Women’s Services Act,” first introduced in 2007, is itself deceptive and is designed to limit the access women have to organizations that provide alternatives to abortion, including adoption services and free parenting support, such as housing, job training, and parenting classes.

“This bill is not at all what it sounds like,” said Joe Young, vice president of Heartbeat International, an association of 1,100 pregnancy-help centers, maternity homes, non-profit adoption agencies, medical clinics and abortion recovery programs in 50 countries.

“Pregnancy centers are reducing the number of abortion sales, and this aggravates the abortion industry,” said Young. “A more accurate name for this bill might be ‘Stop Alternatives to Abortion Advertising to Pay Back the Abortion Industry Act.’”

“Without any financial gain, Heartbeat International affiliates offer alternatives to abortion, providing the emotional support and practical help needed to sustain a healthy pregnancy,” Young said in a statement about the proposed law. “The pregnancy help movement is dedicated to protecting women, protecting maternal health and protecting child well-being...”

To be pro-choice is really to be pro-abortion and intolerant of any alternative that does not end in the murder of the unborn baby boy or girl. As we have seen before, these pro-abortion absolutists think that if a woman freely goes to one of these pro-life clinics her power of "choice"has been removed. I suspect that the real agenda is to criminalize any alternative that does not lead to abortion.

Feminist Blog Attacks CPC's While Deceiving Women About The Unborn

The pro-abortion and pro-gay blog, feministing, keeps lying about pro-life pregnancy clinics while ignoring the lies Planned Parenthood has been caught in on a repeated basis. The latest example comes from their attack on and intolerance of any pregnancy clinic that is not pro-abortion. From their What We Missed section:

"A crisis pregnancy center in Maryland is suing for the right to lie about their services."

Feminists demand pro-life clinics post what they do or do not provide and yet howl at the thought of women actually being told the truth about their unborn baby. Feminists rage against the idea that a woman should actually see an ultrasound of her baby, see her baby's humanity, before following through with the decision to kill her child. No, feminism is not about true informed choice or choice at all, the only "choice" feminists will tolerate is the one that is made out of ignorance and that results in the death of the unborn baby.

Do Not Let Planned Parenthood Win; Pro-Life Pregnancy Clinic Needs Your Help

It is with a heavy heart that I must write this plea for help. One of the only medically certified pro-life pregnancy clinics in Southern California is in danger of shutting down. Economic hardships are putting the unborn in even more danger than they already were. If you are pro-life and have yet to get involved, now is the time for you to do so. Let your pro-life rhetoric be matched with real life action that makes a difference for the most helpless and defenseless class of humanity the world has ever known.
