Woman With Down Syndrome Supports Obama; Sad

This is truly disgusting. Both on the part of the woman who is supporting President Obama and that the campaign is willing to use her. Obama and Democrats are so extreme on abortion that they deem an unborn baby with down syndrome to not have a life worthy of living. They would prefer the woman abort her unborn baby if it has down syndrome. So when "Brittany" expresses her support for Obama it is quiet troubling.

I make $4.98 an hour and I am allowed to work 25-30 hours a week (I have paid $542.72 in federal, FICA, state, and city taxes this year as of August 31st). I just got my own apartment and share it with another girl like me. I get to pay rent now ($325 a month) and pay for my telephone and cable because I like the Disney Channel. I was not allowed to take my dog with me, but I can hang all of my Hannah Montana posters on my bedroom wall. My mother still has to help me with my medications and handling my money and stuff. I have also included my picture, not just because I'm cute, but because I wanted to give you a face of one of the 47% to share with Mr. Romney. Communist China's Evil One-Child Policy Leads To Dead Baby Placed Next To Mother After Forced Abortion

This is the cruel and evil end to the view that denies the unborn baby is not a person. Why not put the dead baby next the mother after the child had been forcibly aborted? Is this not like looking at a pulled tooth that was rotting inside the mouth? After all, abortion advocates would have us believe that the unborn is like a parasite. In China a mother had her baby forcibly killed through abortion and the officials put the murdered baby next to her for a picture. From Life News:

A human rights group has learned that a woman was forcibly aborted at seven months of pregnancy on June 3 in Shanxi Province, China. Women’s Rights Without Frontiers informed LifeNews that a new report from the China-based human rights organization 64Tianwang indicates the woman, Feng Jianmei, was beaten and dragged into a vehicle by a group of family planning officials while her husband, Deng Jiyuan, was out working. The officials asked for RMB 40,000 in fines from Feng Jianmei’s family and, when they did not receive the money, they forcibly aborted Feng at seven months, laying the body of her aborted baby next to her in the bed (seen in picture, right). Feng is under medical treatment in Ankang City, Zhenpin County, Zengjia Town, Yupin village. Reggie Littlejohn, president of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, said, “This is an outrage. No legitimate government would commit or tolerate such an act.” “Those who are responsible should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity,” Littlejohn said. “WRWF calls on the United States government and the leaders of the free world to strongly condemn forced abortion and all coercive family planning in China.” The report comes after global pressure appeared to have stopped Chinese family planning officials in Changsha, Hunan province from following through with a threatened forced abortion on a woman and her unborn baby in the fifth month of pregnancy...

We should be very concerned when we hear arguments about controlling the population, especially from those concerned about global warming. The two are intimately linked together. This is where we end up if people reject the the belief that we are created in the image of God. Any brutal act can be justified by those who reject God's design and order to the universe, especially as it relates to the value of human life. Being created in the image of God gives us an intrinsic value that no government should be allowed to take away. Sadly, in America we are well on the path towards the dwelling place of evil that is already thriving in China. It is just a question of when we arrive at the same destination.

Three Chinese officials involved in this horrific act have been suspended. Big deal, this about the truth getting out more about the fact that this was done. Unless China changes this policy, this kind of thing will happen again. Maybe it already has.

Georgia Bans Assisted Suicide And Late-Term Abortions

Making a major stand for the defenseless unborn, the sick and the elderly, the state of Georgia has banned abortion after 20 weeks and assisted suicide. From Reuters:

Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed into law two pieces of legislation on Tuesday to restrict late-term abortions and outlaw assisted suicide in the state. The first law banned most abortions after 20 weeks' pregnancy, making Georgia the eighth U.S. state to outlaw most late-term abortions based on controversial research that a fetus can feel pain by that stage of development. Georgia already prohibits most abortions starting in the third trimester. The second law signed by Deal made it a felony to help people take their own lives. The Georgia Supreme Court in February struck down as unconstitutional a previous law that outlawed the advertising of assisted-suicide services. The court ruled the old law was a violation of the right to free speech. The abortion measure passed by the Republican-controlled Legislature in late March included exceptions to save the life of the mother and if the fetus has extreme defects that make survival unlikely. "This legislation provides humane protection to innocents capable of feeling pain, while making an important exception for in the case of medically-futile pregnancies," Deal, a Republican, said in a statement. Georgia Right to Life, which opposes abortion, has called the new legislation "a step in the right direction," but expressed disappointment at the exemption for "medically futile" pregnancies in which the fetus is likely to die after birth. Abortion opponents said the exception left the door open for a doctor to recommend abortion of fetuses that are less than completely healthy. Planned Parenthood, which provides women's health services and is the nation's largest abortion provider, said the bill would limit women's access to healthcare. The organization said in a statement that the bill "calls into question every woman who makes a deeply personal, private medical decision." Georgia joins Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, and North Carolina in banning most or all abortions after 20 weeks. Arizona bans most abortions after 18 weeks. The U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortions in 1973 but allowed states to ban the procedure after the time when the fetus could potentially survive outside the womb, except where a woman's health was at risk. The assisted suicide ban was welcomed by Georgia Right to Life President Dan Becker, who said "stopping the immoral and barbaric practice of killing in the name of compassion is the right thing to do."

True social justice does not advocate for the murder of defenseless human being created in the image of God, but rather it comes to their aid. Be cautious when someone talks about reproductive or health care justice. That means someone's life is going to be deemed unworthy of life.

Rick Santorum Raises Concerns About Amniocentesis

My wife and I decided not to have tests the amniotic fluid when my wife was pregnant with our daughter or our twin boys. The potential risks to the our children was not worth the information that we could get from the test. The ultrasound provided more than enough information and did increase the potential for a miscarriage like the test amniocentesis would have. So I think Rick Santorum has valid point about the implications of requiring that particular test to be done. From CNN:

The government shouldn't make health care providers fully cover prenatal tests like amniocentesis, which can determine the possibility of Down syndrome or other fetal problems, Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum said Sunday.

Santorum, an outspoken opponent of abortion rights, told the CBS News program "Face the Nation" on Sunday that amniocentesis "more often than not" results in abortion.

"People have the right to do it, but to have the government force people to provide it free, to me, is a bit loaded," he said.

The former Pennsylvania senator was arguing against what he called a mandate in the health care legislation passed by President Barack Obama and Democrats in 2010. He said Saturday at an appearance in Ohio that the law was intended to increase abortions and reduce overall health care costs.

"One of the mandates is they require free prenatal testing in every insurance policy in America," Santorum, a conservative Roman Catholic, told a Christian Alliance luncheon in Columbus. "Why? Because it saves money in health care. Why? Because free prenatal testing ends up in more abortions and therefore less care that has to be done, because we cull the ranks of the disabled in our society."

He added that the requirement was "another hidden message as to what President Obama thinks of those who are less able."

The White House referred CNN to Obama's re-election campaign for comment, and campaign spokeswoman Lis Smith called Santorum's remarks "the latest in a long string of unfortunate comments in the race to the bottom that the Republican presidential primary has become."

"Prenatal screenings are essential to promote the health of both the mother and baby and to ensure safe deliveries," Smith said. "These misinformed and dangerous comments reinforce why women cannot trust any of the Republican candidates for president."

On Sunday, Santorum mentioned his own experience with this 3-year-old daughter Isabella, who has Trisomy 18, a chromosome disorder that often results in stillbirths or early childhood death. He said prenatal testing showed the problem, and doctors recommend abortion in virtually all cases...

Why is it that President Obama's health care monstrosity seems to be encouraging the elimination and the reduction of the American population? As if you really have to guess.

Liberal Opposition To Protecting Minority Babies From Abortion Is Disturbing

When I first heard of this last week, I knew that open minded and minority loving Liberals who care about social justice, would oppose stopping the murder of female and minority babies. Of course, the Left does not disappoint. From Feministing via Think Progress:

For House Republicans, this year has been the year of outlandish answers to non-existent problems. And tomorrow, they will offer the magnum opus of their 2011 campaign against a woman’s right to choose: the Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA). The bill seeks to somehow protect the “civil rights” of fetuses by banning physicians from performing abortions based on the fetus’s race or sex. While the woman would be exempt from prosecution, physicians who perform the procedure can be sued for damages...The act of such selective abortion would be a problem worth addressing if it was actually a problem. In his own state of Arizona (which recently passed a statewide version of this bill), not one state official or independent search offered any support for the claim that women abort babies based on race. What’s more, not only have the number of baby girls born increased since abortion became legal but only 5 percent of abortions take place beyond the point when a fetus’s sex can be determined. In reality, rather than addressing any verifiable prejudice, the bill actually exacerbates the discrimination Franks claims to be targeting.

The real reasons behind high abortion rates among African Americans and minorities are complex. Higher rates of unintended pregnancies, inadequate health insurance, substandard health care, ineffective use of birth control, and poor sex education often leave abortion as the only choice for women. The chief reason behind abortions is unintended pregnancy, not unwanted race or sex.

Notice that the solutions at the end of the quote are all things that contribute to the need for abortion in the first place. Get women to have sex, provide birth control which is never 100 percent effective, give them health care that will cover abortion, and somehow that is supposed to reduce the number of abortions. Sorry, do not expect Liberals to take a stand against the unrestrained oppression of the unborn.

Conjoined Twin Girls Born Despite Doctor's Advice To Abort

Here is a pretty amazing example of a woman making the right choice for herself and her now newly born daughters. Amanda Schulten ignored her doctor's advice to abort her conjoined twins and has given birth to Faith and Hope. From Life Site News:

Against all the odds, Amanda Schulten, the Chicago area mother who defied doctors’ advice to abort her conjoined twins, has given birth.

Faith Rosemarie and Hope Lillian were born by C-section on Tuesday. However, news of their birth did not break until Friday afternoon, the day after LifeSiteNews first reported on the story, when Amanda posted the news on her blog.

“September 6th was a day miracles happened,” she said. “I gave birth to the 2 most beautiful conjoined twins.”

“God is good and he knows what he is doing,” she continued. “I’m so honored to call them my children.”

The birth of the two girls defied all medical predictions. When Amanda learned that she was pregnant with conjoined twins earlier this year, she was told that the babies did not have very long to live, and that she should have an abortion.

Instead Amanda, who is pro-life and entered the Catholic Church this Easter, chose to carry the children to term.

The new mother now reports that the twins, who share the same heart and liver, and have only two kidneys and two legs, were born “crying and kicking,” and weighing a total of 8 lbs. 10 oz.

“Mommy and Daddy are so proud of them,” she writes on her blog. “I cry tears of joy, that God made them so perfect.”

These newborn girls are made in the image of God and thankfully their parents valued their lives.

“Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.

Contrast this with women who abort their perfectly healthy babies. Shameful.

I first saw this video back in 2008 and it was no longer available online. Now "Volition" has finally been released on youtube and it is a must watch for anyone with an opinion about abortion. This video powerfully connects the common thread of what kind of evil emerges when someone's humanity is denied. I have made this point before in comparing the Holocaust and abortion.



This is what happens when Christians compromise and appease their faith with the world. They no longer stand against the evil that flows from the human heart. Evil ceases to be evil and is embraced as good, and good ceases to be good and is rejected as being evil.

MSNBC Host Ignorantly Gushes Over Planned Parenthood (Video)

Here is Socialist Lawrence O'Donnell reading an email from one of his friends who is the need to fund Planned Parenthood. He confesses that he knows little about what Planned Parenthood actually does. You would think someone who looks down on others that he judges as ignorant would at least know something about Planned Parenthood.



You would think O'Donnell would at least know that Planned Parenthood was started by a Nazi sympathizer and a believer in eugenics.



Maybe O'Donnell should at least know that Planned Parenthood is so committed to abortion they are willing to cover up the rape of underage girls? Maybe he should at least know that Planned Parenthood covers up infanticide? Then again that would be expecting too much.

Arizona Bans Abortions That Target Minorities And Females

I will be on the look out for Liberals to condemn a newly signed bill in Arizona that bans abortions based on the sex or race of the unborn baby. In other words, abortions justified on the basis of eugenics. Can a woman really be a feminist if she is against restricting abortions that target unborn baby girls solely because of their gender? From Life News:

Governor Jan Brewer lengthened her pro-life record today by signing a bill that would ban abortions that are sex-selection or race-based in nature by targeting girls or ethnic minorities.

The legislation would ban sex-selection abortions and require women seeking abortions to sign a statement saying they are not obtaining the abortion because of the gender of the unborn baby. The bill also prohibits abortions based on the race of the unborn child. The father of the unborn child or the parents of a minor girl would be able to file a lawsuit for civil damages against abortion practitioners that do race-based or sex-selection abortions.

The bill makes it a felony to provide financing for such an abortion and supporters of the measure say it is important to root out discrimination that comes in the form of destroying unborn children for gender or racial reasons.

Abortion advocates opposed the bill and claimed it was a way to works towards banning all abortions and they claim there is no evidence in Arizona that such abortions are performed.

Although the practice of sex-selection is frequently seen in Asian nations like China, India and Vietnam, it has crossed the Pacific Ocean as Asian immigrants have come to the United States and brought with them their cultural preference for sons.

A majority of the Arizona House of Representatives agreed to the bill and voted for House Bill 2443 on a 41-18 vote. Then, the state Senate added a provision to make it a felony to perform or provide financing for an abortion sought because of the race of the baby, the sex, or also the race of the parent. The House bill did not include the criminal penalties and only allowed a civil lawsuit and civil fines against abortion practitioners who did such abortions.

The Senate passed the bill 21-5 and the House voted to the changes the state Senate made.

Brewer has signed every pro-life measure on abortion she has received during her time as governor.

Sen. Don Shooter, a Republican, supported the measure and cited figures from the Frederick Douglass Foundation saying 30 percent of abortions are done on black women and children even though census figures show blacks make up a much lower percentage of the population.

Rep. Steve Montenegro, the sponsor of the bill, said, “No one should be subjected to abortion because they’re the wrong sex or race.” Montenegro pointed to a 2010 Economist magazine article on “gender-cide” that documented a bias against black babies and said many abortions on black babies are done because of the race of the child.

Sen. Linda Lopez, a Tucson Democrat, opposed the bill and called banning sex-selection and race-based abortions “offensive.”

Senate President Russell Pearce responded: “We have an obligation to protect the most innocent among us, the unborn. Whatever we can do to limit the number of deaths of these unborn children, I’m always a ‘yes’ vote.”

Anyone who opposes restricting abortions based on the the sex or race of the unborn baby is arguing in favor eugenics.

Feminist Hypocrisy Over Obama Picture On A Pro-Life Billboard

Feminists are so committed to abortion that they are now making completely absurd claims about those who are pro-life in reaction to a new billboard.

Feminists who justify the unrestrained murder of unborn baby girls and the extremely high rates of abortion among black women accuse people defending the unborn baby girl and black baby as being misogynist and racist. No, it is the feminists who guilty of justifying the genocide of future women and African American men and women. Once again feminists show us that they are a danger to young girls everywhere. I hope and pray my daughter rejects their anti-women ways when she gets older.

Herman Cain Rightly Calls For The De-Defunding Of Planned Parenthood

I already like what I have heard from Herman Cain in an interview by Ed Morrissey. Now Cain has come out in favor of de-funding Planned Parenthood. From Life News:

Herman Cain is a businessman who is the first Republican to start an exploratory committee to gauge the potential for running a campaign for the GOP nomination to take on pro-abortion President Barack Obama in 2012.

In a new interview, Cain tells American Family Radio’s “Focal Point” program that he is pro-life and opposes the agenda of Planned Parenthood, the nation’s biggest abortion business.

“I absolutely would defund Planned Parenthood — not because I don’t believe in planning parenthood, [but because] Planned Parenthood as an organization is an absolute farce on the American people,” he said.

Cain, who is African-American, accused the abortion business of engaging in a racist agenda.

“People who know the history of Margaret Sanger, who started Planned Parenthood, they know that the intention was not to help young women who get pregnant to plan their parenthood. No — it was a sham to be able to kill black babies,” he added.

He told the program that proof of the agenda is seen in the fact that “75 percent of all Planned Parenthood facilities are located in black neighborhoods.”

Excellent point.

The Danger Of Removing God As The Foundation For Our Value And Rights; What Obama Did

I am cross-posting this from my other blog, Blue Collar Philosophy, since I think it has implications on the issue of abortion. Here is the blog post and then I will say more on it below:

First off, this is a teleprompter speech so I would think careful attention is given to every word that is put on it. This means the dropping of "Creator" was intentional. Second, notice the pause that is inserted in such a way that it seems to replace the time he should be saying "that they are endowed by their Creator":

It was suggested by The Bronze in the comments to put the quote from the Declaration of Independence as a contrast. Here it is:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.."

Now as to the why this was done. Why would a self described "Christian" like President Obama leave out God in a speech that grounds our "inalienable rights"? I think there is an attempt by Obama, the Democrats, and the Liberals/Progressives that support them to replace God with an all powerful State that controls every aspect of our lives and this speech fits well within that framework.

We have indeed been created in the image of God and that makes our lives intrinsically valuable and no arbitrary decision of some Bureaucrat can change that even though they will try with all their might.

The danger here, no matter how subtle, like leaving out the "Creator" in a speech like this is that the foundation for our rights and ultimately our value will be destroyed. If our value is not grounded in a transcendent God but in a the whimsical and ever changing decrees of the State, then our value is dependent on another person's arbitrary decision about our lives. Abortion is the issue of the day that most powerfully demonstrates this. Passing ObamaCare was not about justice but about control, the power to decide who lives and who dies. Life is sacred but those seeking to change that want to make those who kill innocent life the instruments that do sacred work. God help us.

Planned Parenthood's New Abortion Factory Is Considered "Sacred Ground"

This provides us another disturbing example of what happens when people's hearts are so turned away from Truth, God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The murder of children in the womb is seen as sacred work and the place in which this occurs is now seen as "sacred ground".

The Discovery Eco-Terrorist And The Abortion Connection

James J. Lee will now live in infamy as the "Discovery Channel Gunman". He was shot and killed by a SWAT team. Now Liberals are frantically trying to label Lee a crazy man. Just check Charles Johnson's blog Little Green Footballs for the spin. No, Lee was not crazy, in fact he was acting perfectly consistent with his beliefs. This is just a natural extension of the belief that pro-abortion absolutists have about the unborn. The unborn child is viewed as an invading parasite or a tumor that is leaching off the woman for 9 months. It is their view that abortion is even better than adoption. So all Lee would have done if he had killed his hostages would have provided "Mother Earth" with some late term abortions. If the unborn are parasites then so is the rest of humanity after birth. This is why the humanity and value of the unborn baby must be defended, the logical conclusion of the pro-choice/pro-abortion group can easily justify the slaughter of millions of people deemed to be unworthy or unwanted.

Slavery, The Holocaust, And Abortion Are Related By A Common Thread

Here is a powerful video that demonstrates what happens when a society arbitrarily decides that human life is not intrinsically valuable. Any argument that justifies abortion today could be used to justify the holding of slaves and the murder of Jews.

Sean James And Al Joyner Abortion Views Could Justify Slavery And The Holocaust As Well

It is truly a sad day when African Americans actually enable Planned Parenthood to kill minority babies at an alarming rate. Sean James and Al Joyner have been co-opted by Planned Parenthood's propaganda and are now willing participants in the genocide of their own race. Life News has the story:

"Olympic Gold Medalist Al Joyner and former NFL football player Sean James have issued a pro-abortion video in response to the forthcoming Super Bowl ad featuring the pro-life birth story of college football star Tim Tebow.

Joyner, the brother of Olympic track star Jackie Joyner-Kersee, and James, who played for the Minnesota Vikings, issued the video for Planned Parenthood -- the nation's largest abortion business.

The men focus on the "respect for women's choices" in the video, meant to promote abortion in advance of the Focus on the Family ad touting Pam Tebow's pro-life "choice" to not have one.

In the video, James refers to the Focus ad featuring the Tebows and says "I respect and honor Mrs. Tebow's decision."

"My mom showed me that women are strong and wise," James continues. "She taught me that only women can make the best decisions about their health and their future."

"We're working toward the day when every woman will be valued; where every woman's decision about her health and her family will be trusted and respected," James says, talking about the push to keep abortions legal.

Joyner follows and says: "I want my daughter to live in a world where everyone's decision is respected."

"My daughter will always be my little girl," Joyner says in the Planned Parenthood video. "But I am proud of her everyday as I watch her grow up to be her own person, a smart, confident young woman. I trust her to take care of herself."

"We celebrate our families by supporting our mothers, by supporting our daughters," says Joyner. "By trusting women."

The video concludes with the logo of Planned Parenthood, the nation's most prominent abortion business..."

These African American stars are denying that we are all created in the image of God and have intrinsic value as a result.

They ground the value of life in the arbitrary choice of the powerful over the powerless. James and Joyner must be unaware that Planned Parenthood wants to kill the poor through abortion, and to honor their Nazi sympathizing founder and eugenics supporter Margaret Sanger.



James and Joyner have just legitimized a view of human personhood that could easily justify slavery and the Holocaust by grounding it in the "choice" of another human being.



The sad thing is, I doubt James and Joyner are even aware of Planned Parenthood's eugenic foundation.

"Jim Sedlak of the American Life League and STOPP International notes that the funds are being raised supposedly to provide "family-planning services" and products in Haiti.

"You know, when people are out in the street and they can't get food and they can't get water, the last thing in the world that they need is family-planning services," he laments. "But Planned Parenthood has seen this as a way to make money, as a way to siphon off some of the donations that could be going to legitimate relief services."

Jim Sedlak 1Sedlak describes the kinds of services International Planned Parenthood offers in Haiti.

"According to their information they've done the full range of family-planning services, which means providing the abortifacient contraceptives, providing emergency contraception, also handing out condoms and other kinds of things," he explains..."

The Anniversary Of Roe V. Wade And The Eugenic Roots Of Abortion

On this anniversary of Roe v. Wade, a court decision that legalized abortion, we must not forget the eugenic roots from which abortion sprung.



Planned Parenthood and the advocates of abortion target the poor, and they are implementing Margaret Sanger's racist vision. They are engaging in the pre-emptive murder of the poor as a means to eliminate poverty while claiming their motivation is based on some Liberal notion of justice. Pro-abortion absolutists are intolerant of any choice that does not end in the murder of the unborn baby and that is why adoption never is seriously considered. At least the advancements in technology are starting to force the debate along and just maybe advocates of abortion will stop basing their views from the Dark Ages of prenatal medicine.

Only a false and idolatrous religion like Liberalism can lead to horrific crimes against the unborn and newly born. Children suffer the wrath of an idolatrous society and America has raised the ancient idol Moloch once again, except it is hidden under the banner of Liberalism. Just two days before Christmas a newborn baby was found dead in a dumpster here in the Liberal Mecca of California.

"The body of an infant was found in a trash bin in Stanton on Wednesday evening, authorities said.

The grim discovery was made about 7 p.m. at Katella Avenue and Knott Street, near a busy shopping center, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said. The trash bin was located behind a Mexican restaurant, according to authorities.

Investigators cordoned off the area and were searching the area for clues and possible witnesses late Wednesday."

The evil fruit of idolatry has not changed in thousands of years. King Mannasseh sacrificed his own children the idols of his age just like the mother who left her baby for dead in a dumpster.

"Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-five years. His mother's name was Hephzibah. The preaching of the Gospel must take place in this country no matter what the consequences. For by doing so we may save a defenseless child from being sacrificed to the Liberals idols of this age.
